There are 4 local pubs in the village less than 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk. All serve food. Chepstow offers various tearooms and restaurants, including Indian, Greek, Chinese, Italian etc.


A little further there are two Michelin star restaurants, the Crown at Whitebrook and The Walnut Tree Abergavenny and celebrated restaurants of The Foxhunter at Nantyderry, The Hardwick near Abergavenny and Raglan Arms are all within 30 minutes drive.


Monmouthshire was voted top Food Tourism destination in Wales 2009 and Abergavenny Food festival, held in September, is considered the best - don’t miss it.
